Food and services are great but a bit pricey for breakfast without any sides and close by ASU campus. I love the avacodo toast. It is amazing. I love the decor in the store.

The million dollar bacon was... Magical. The waffle was perfectly made, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Coffee was decent, service was fast and friendly. Wife said it was too cold... But it was perfect for me..
